Statements Tab Screen

Use this screen to manage the collection of statements in a workfile. Options include creating a statement for the selected workfile, print preview, and printing . A statement includes the person contact information and relevant information regarding the loss. The contact information must first be entered in the Contacts tab of the workfile.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label Description
New Statement Select this button to create a statement. This option opens the New Statement screen.
Print Use this option to print the contents of the Statement screen.
Print Preview Select this option to view the list in report form on your screen.
Statement From This is the person who gave the statement.
Statement Type This is the type of statement made.
Date This is the date of the statement.
Name This is the name of the person who gave the statement.
Statement This field displays the text of the statement.
